Job Summary

Lead in-store visual merchandising to maximize sales and profitability by partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations team. Manage daily execution of operational priorities (receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management) while maintaining strategic product presentation. Key Responsibilities

•Achieve store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations teams.
•Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving/processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and implementing visual merchandising changes per direction.
•Plan and execute visual floor changes using payroll management while meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Lead by example and coach Associates, supporting recruitment, development, and ongoing feedback using company performance tools.
