Lead the EU risk management function for Wise by scaling and improving how the business monitors and enhances risk profiles across licensed entities and branches. Partner with product teams, develop EU-aligned risk frameworks, and ensure robust outsourcing and control assurance. Drive risk assessments and stress tests across operational, tech, compliance, financial crime, and strategic risks, while reporting outcomes to regulators, executive committees, and the Board.
