Key Responsibilities

  • •Start molding machines and verify proper functionality to meet production targets
  • •Troubleshoot molding malfunctions or bottlenecks using material changes or process adjustments
  • •Record machine malfunctions and the adjustments made to resolve them
  • •Communicate and verify raw material adjustments with material handlers to improve production efficiency and accuracy
  • •Conduct test runs of process or machine adjustments and perform insert changes to match customer specifications

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Prior experience with processing of molding machines
  • •Lock out/tag out authorization (provided by OES)

  • •Proficiency using basic hand tools and power tools, including slide hammer (custom) and impact wrench; lifting requirements up to 40 lbs
