Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow SAM and HAM, including Content Library, normalization engines, and reconciliation processes.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to analyze asset management processes and implement automated workflows for license reclamation and cost avoidance.
  • •Oversee and troubleshoot integrations across Coupa, Okta, JAMF, and Intune to ensure consistent, accurate data flow.
  • •Build and maintain integrations with SaaS connectors and develop custom integrations for software vendors using IntegrationHub.
  • •Develop dashboards and Performance Analytics widgets to report compliance, cloud savings, and hardware refresh cycles for executive leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years focused on SAM and HAM.
  • •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; CIS–SAM or CIS–HAM is highly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of ITAM business processes (procurement, deployment, harvesting, disposal) and how they map to platform configuration.
  • •Expertise in ServiceNow SAM data model and its relationship with CMDB and CSDM (Software Models, Entitlements, Discovery Models).
  • •Hands-on experience with Cloud Cost Management/Optimization for AWS and GCP and building integrations using REST/JSON and IntegrationHub.
