Cryptography Operations Team Lead US (Jersey City, NJ, US, 07310)

Own end-to-end delivery and day-to-day management of cryptography operations across HSBC’s US platforms. Oversee cryptographic hardware/software rollouts, configuration, upgrades, and end-of-life procedures, and manage HSM key/certificate lifecycle workflows. Establish crypto inventory controls, lead incident management and post-incident remediation, and embed operational controls for compliance, resilience, and auditability. Support the new data center in Jersey City with in-person on-site coverage.
