Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, direct, and coordinate Flight Attendant attendance activities.
  • •Perform Work On & Off Par reporting and transition Flight Attendants to Level 2+ when warranted.
  • •Lead attendance conversations and update APS with documentation.
  • •Process mitigation in line with contractual and company policy in collaboration with FSM and local base management.
  • •Coach and counsel Flight Attendants to ensure compliance; initiate corrective action up to and including dismissal.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Current Flight Service, Passenger Service or Passenger Sales experience.
  • •Flight Attendant experience.
  • •Knowledge of American specific systems including SABRE, NAVIA, Case Manager, Attendance & Performance System/FlightCAPs.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks for unescorted airport access privileges (if applicable).
