Key Responsibilities

•Achieve quarterly / annual targets for sales and profitability through the list of assigned Key projects. Initiate corrective action where required.
•Initiate and coordinate search of project leads and prospects. Track upcoming projects and opportunities at the earliest and identify high potential projects.
•Identify, assess and develop potential strong applicators for Refurbishment.
•Develop and sustain relationships with key contractors.
•Provide specification & specification support on key projects.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil) or equivalent with professional experience in relevant industry.
•8-10 years’ experience in relevant field.
•Proven ability to drive sales and manage key accounts in refurbishment projects.
•Ability to provide engineering design proposals using Sika Carbodur Software & Sika AnchorFix software.
•Strong network of contractors/applicators, consultants and design houses for refurbishment projects.
