Job Summary

Build and ship production-grade AI agents for Sierra’s Travel, Transportation and Hospitality team, owning work from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. Partner with enterprise leaders and innovative startups to solve real business challenges, and help shape the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. Work on high-impact customer experiences, including multimodal interfaces, booking flows, systems modernization, and extensible integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are performant, reliable, and intuitive in production environments.
•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment, tuning and evolving agents over time.
•Partner with enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform operations at scale.
•Collaborate with research, product, and platform to surface unmet needs and prototype tools and features.
•Contribute to projects like multimodal experiences and complex booking workflows, including mapping, recommendations, and payments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually
