Job Summary

Lead a high-calibre AI team to build and productize autonomous AI agent systems. Own end-to-end agent product delivery—from requirements and architecture through production operations—while establishing benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks. Design and implement agent harness infrastructure for stability and reliability, orchestrate LLM reasoning with deterministic guardrails, and embed agent capabilities into core engineering workflows. Partner cross-functionally to translate technical direction into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, manage, and develop an AI team; own hiring, growth, and performance across the function.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products, from requirements and architecture through production operations.
•Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks to quantify quality across agent systems.
•Design and implement end-to-end Agent Harness infrastructure for stability and reliability in real-world scenarios.
•Orchestrate LLM reasoning steps with deterministic guardrails and embed agent capabilities into core products and engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

•Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
•10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development, including core technical or leadership roles.
•Deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and related areas.
•Proven track record of translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
•Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate across multilingual, cross-regional teams.
