Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by removing debris and trash, and remove license plates and stickers (except auction-related pertinent items).
  • •Wash vehicles using high-pressure and/or automatic car wash equipment, and clean engine compartments and battery terminals using chemicals and power-wash.
  • •Detail and dress trim and components, including doorjambs, sills, wheels, tires, hub caps, wheel wells, moldings, bumpers, head/taillights, and windows.
  • •Buff, wax, and polish interior/exterior painted surfaces using compounds, cleaners, polish, and rotary buffer or by hand as necessary.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, perform assigned duties (including occasional driving for staging/sale needs), and support Safety Excellence activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •Previous detail shop or buffing experience helpful.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

  • •Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 1–30 pounds) and meet required vision abilities.
