Own and optimize end-to-end People processes enabled through Nexus (SAP SuccessFactors), translating HR policies, labor-law requirements, and operational needs into scalable system solutions. Serve as a senior functional HR expert by leading functional analysis, documenting FRDs and AS-IS/TO-BE processes, protecting the People data model, and ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance. Partner with People, IT, Payroll, and Finance to deliver reliable integrations, reporting, and global People transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a functional HR subject-matter expert for Nexus, covering hire-to-retire processes.
•Design and define global People processes, balancing global standards with local requirements.
•Translate HR policies, compliance needs, and operational realities into functional system design.
•Lead functional analysis and produce documentation (FRDs, AS-IS/TO-BE processes, SOPs, RACI).
•Protect the People data model and ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and People data governance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Technology, with hands-on experience within an HR function.
•Strong functional understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
•Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systems.
•Experience working in global, multi-country environments.
•Ability to translate complex People requirements into clear, sustainable system solutions.
