•Optimize and validate HVAC equipment selections (size, configuration, voltage, options) by reviewing plans, specifications, and proposals.
•Evaluate project cost savings and cost problems; validate scope by reviewing transition documents, plans/specs, and quantities/configurations.
•Support sales by developing preliminary and final submittals; hold job cost consensus meetings and release submittals with necessary changes.
•Prepare equipment for order entry, verify equipment pricing, revise coordination worksheets, and reconcile job costs.
•Provide technical support after order close for installation execution, including new equipment, start-up, warranty service, and controls equipment.

Salary: USD 90,900 - 130,059.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology, with at least 2 years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating (or equivalent combination).
•Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating (or equivalent combination of education and work).
•Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls.
•Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required.
•Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations in the prior 3 years.
