Key Responsibilities

  • •Review weekly demand alongside Professional Services leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to identify service gaps and position demand to the right resourcing groups.
  • •Allocate resources by availability and skills, schedule effectively, and resolve bottlenecks through conflict resolution between project managers.
  • •Continuously monitor utilization across internal, partner, and contractor staffing in EMEA, NAMER, and APAC, and move capacity to the right opportunities.
  • •Forecast staffing needs and forward-plan resource supply to ensure people are in place ahead of forecasted demands.
  • •Manage capability and talent through role requirements, approvals for hiring demand, partner/contractor augmentation, training planning, skill-gap analysis, and competency tracking.
