Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze current and future business environments using established guidelines to support forecasts, acquisition, and utilization plans.
  • •Contribute to test program labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages and support development of recovery plans.
  • •Monitor performance against labor hour estimates and assist with developing, implementing, maintaining, and statusing integrated shop operating plans.
  • •Analyze changes to approved plans from unplanned events and assess impacts to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
  • •Gather and analyze shop performance metrics and assess readiness of work statement components, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.

Key Requirements
