Key Requirements

  • •10+ years developing and launching high-fidelity games, with recent hands-on expertise in Unreal Engine 5 or Unity and C++.
  • •Strong engine-layer profiling and debugging, including diagnosing frame time and memory using Unreal’s tools.
  • •Build and maintain modular, scalable game frameworks (e.g., world partition, level streaming pipelines, asset virtualization, shader compilation, build/cook systems).
  • •Optimize CPU, GPU, and memory footprints and evaluate bandwidth/latency constraints for performance targets.
  • •Deep expertise across game architecture, gameplay systems, content pipelines, artist workflows, rendering, backend services, and cross-platform development (including Linux).
