•Define and execute the pre-sales strategy for cloud services (Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI) translating technical capabilities into value-driven proposals.
•Help redefine the portfolio and value proposition of the Microsoft Cloud unit.
•Drive AI adoption and agents to accelerate Discovery, prototyping and delivery with a framework of its own.
•Lead a reskilling program to up-skill engineers toward cloud-native solutions with business vertical awareness.
•Manage and strengthen the relationship with Microsoft, defining onboarding and adoption roadmaps and positioning the company as a reference.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (Technical/Superior in Computer Science or equivalent).
•+10 years of experience in development and leadership of software projects, primarily on Microsoft technologies (Azure, SharePoint).
•Experience leading or forming pre-sales or technical teams.
•Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI) and partner model.
•Ability to define a solutions portfolio and go-to-market for a business unit. English level B2 or higher.
