Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and retain an assigned retirement plan book of business locally and nationally using RPAS procedures and fiduciary oversight best practices.
  • •Provide retirement plan advisory consulting, including explaining advisory service value propositions, presenting benchmarking/fund line-up recommendations, and advising clients on plan features and suitable course of action.
  • •Coordinate client education campaigns with other service providers to promote plan participation and full benefit utilization.
  • •Document all client interactions in the CRM system and manage documentation, pricing, profitability, and fee structures per approved guidelines.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with recordkeeping vendors and investment advisors; conduct annual client meetings and plan committee support, including preparing draft minutes and ensuring compliance documentation requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • •10 years of relevant experience working with ERISA plans.
  • •ASPPA certification required, including 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC).
  • •Proven ability to handle large, complex retirement plan client relationships and identify plan design and compliance issues.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; superior presentation skills; effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
