Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and test Dell and VMware product solutions for onsite server and storage installation.
  • •Serve as a member of a 2-person install team, supporting onsite installation and configuration of equipment.
  • •Develop implementation documentation and drawings for deployments.
  • •Support site teleconferences, readiness reviews, and site assessments as needed.
  • •Provide reporting to corporate and customer as requested while troubleshooting storage, networking, and virtual environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five (5) years’ experience supporting Dell and VMware (or similar) solutions in an operational environment.
  • •Security+ certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • •Active SECRET security clearance required.
  • •2+ years’ experience with VMware vSphere 7/8.
  • •Dell OEM certification or 2 years of experience deploying similar systems; VMware VCP is a plus.
