Overnight Digital Triage Registered Nurse

Provide clinical triage support for incoming patient communications in a remote, full-time role working overnight hours (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am ET). Conduct phone assessments to determine the best path of care, collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for primary and urgent needs, and help develop processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage.
