Job Summary

Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate deposit and loan products for customers’ immediate and future needs. Under direct supervision, generate leads, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve activity and growth goals through service-window support and outbound calling. Provide transactional and operational support across branch teller functions, open accounts, process loan applications, handle customer requests and complaints, and follow operational, regulatory, and security procedures to meet service excellence standards.

•Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable bank products and services to customers.
•Generate leads and build and maintain customer relationships under direct supervision.
•Coordinate personal banker and service representative functions to deliver efficient, accurate customer service.
•Provide transactional support, including account opening, documentation preparation, and processing loan applications.
•Assist customers with requests and complaints by conducting research, resolving matters, and following up while adhering to operational, regulatory, and security requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•1 to 3 years of banking experience, or previous teller or customer contact/sales experience.
•Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services, and related state and federal laws and regulations.
•Intermediate skills using computer terminals and personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and specialty software programs.
•Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
