Job Summary

Lead development and management of the program master schedule and cost integration for a large, complex program. Drive EVMS-based performance management, support schedule/cost/risk processes, and collaborate with PMO, Production, Technical Directors, and staff to achieve execution excellence and program success for the Aegis Combat Systems Ship Integration Testing Program Office.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule Management: collaborate with program schedulers to enable effective schedule performance management across contractual areas and contribute to IPMDAR and CSDR submissions.
•Cost Management: assist with developing and maintaining the Performance Management Baseline; import resource-loaded IMS to baseline changes, performance measurement, forecast data, and coordinate with the financial analyst on ETC and reporting.
•Risk Management: collaborate with schedulers and risk management to maintain the risk register and program management reserves.
•PMO Management: communicate and collaborate with local and corporate managers to integrate functional support into program meetings and processes; develop customer/company briefings and support pricing/change proposals.
•Program Excellence: assist PMO in maintaining program management excellence, implement return-to-green plans, promote technology insertion, and drive continuous improvement.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,927 - 113,549 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in project controls / project management
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
•Established hands-on experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality on large programs
•Familiarity with earned value management and Six Sigma principles and practices
•US citizenship required
