Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the supervisor in coordinating, facilitating, and motivating assigned employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean initiatives, and efficiency goals.
  • •Receive work assignments from the supervisor, prioritize jobs by order urgency, and communicate daily production goals to the team.
  • •Work with the manufacturing team to execute customer orders timely and efficiently, ensuring the most urgent orders are fulfilled first.
  • •Comply with procedures to ensure personal safety and support compliance with Eaton MESH initiatives.
  • •Provide on-the-job training, develop needs by individual/team/product group, and monitor quality by collecting and evaluating production data and performance results.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
  • •Experience using a computer and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • •No relocation provided; candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility.
