Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain project budgets, cashflows and forecasts.
  • •Establish and manage project control systems across finance, scheduling, EVM, quality and document control.
  • •Monitor and report project performance, including cost, schedule and progress against baselines.
  • •Undertake variance analysis and support corrective actions as needed.
  • •Support contract administration (scope tracking and variations) and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience as a Project Controller, ideally within infrastructure or major projects
  • •Strong capability across cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance reporting
  • •Experience with fee estimates, tenders, contracts, claims, and variations
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to Power BI
  • •Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
