Key Responsibilities

  • •Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients, using the appropriate methodology for each product or mix.
  • •Apply working knowledge of raw materials before use, including mixing/heating to ensure quality and consistency.
  • •Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) and follow manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheets using proper mixing techniques.
  • •Label batches for lab evaluation and properly handle allergen products and equipment per allergen control procedures.
  • •Follow 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
