Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive time-to-value for your customers: Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints that help customers hit milestones within 20-30 days.
  • •Support strategic advisory: Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, and change deployment sessions.
  • •Improve how we work: Spot friction in the onboarding process and propose fixes to improve the playbook.
  • •Be the connective tissue: Relay field learnings back to Product and Sales to influence Klarity’s evolution.
  • •Portfolio/sp a n of control: Manage ~10-15 enterprise customers and $1-3M book of business ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of great operational design and familiarity with process engineering, knowing the importance of having just the right level of structure.
  • •Ability to think abstractly and speak at all levels: Executive Facilitation & Storytelling, User Journey Design, Customer Experience & Product.
  • •Design thinking depth, change management skills and a builder mindset with AI.
  • •Outcome oriented and creatively scrappy: Hypothesize, hustle and hone; know when to bend frameworks and create 2 way doors.
  • •Experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or transformation-adjacent roles with structured workstreams.
