Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain process and regulatory requirement subject matter expertise, advising on process/control design, gaps, and remediation.
  • •Plan and execute operational compliance testing and monitoring to identify and report risks, non-compliance, inconsistencies, and improvements.
  • •Gather, review, and validate information and testing documentation supporting risk coverage, risk assessment, and external examinations.
  • •Escalate issues, identify root causes, collaborate on remediation actions, and summarize findings for executive reporting.
  • •Support compliance training and communication initiatives and ensure high-quality documentation, guidance, and reporting while mentoring junior advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of compliance or audit experience (public accounting or internal audit/compliance), or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • •Detailed knowledge of risk assessments, internal controls, root cause analysis, and compliance principles.
  • •Proven ability to work independently, build relationships, communicate clearly on complex issues, and balance multiple priorities.
  • •CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
