Key Responsibilities

•Build out and maintain the internal platform to deploy health systems at scale, enabling end-to-end configuration without engineering involvement
•Translate health system context into structured configuration and tooling for fast, validated deployments
•Develop click-to-configure integrations so deployments require no engineer in the loop
•Create self-service configuration portals that allow hospital IT teams to map org structures, job codes, cost centers, and scheduling rules
•Reduce time-to-go-live by replacing manual steps with repeatable, automated deployment tooling

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years shipping production software in a product-focused engineering role, ideally in fast-moving B2B SaaS
•Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, with experience across the stack
•Ability to scope and deliver complex features end-to-end—from technical design through production—without a lot of hand-holding
•Ability to write readable code, leave systems better than you found them, and provide useful feedback
•Customer-facing mindset with ability to translate customer conversations into tooling that replaces manual processes
