Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate, confidential, and compliant.
  • •Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • •Lead facility safety initiatives, including regular inspections for OSHA compliance, PPE requirements, and corrective actions after incidents.
  • •Develop and deliver safety programs and training, including new-hire safety orientations and forklift operator training.
  • •Coordinate regulatory inspections and injury management/worker’s compensation, and prepare safety metrics, reports, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of HR administration experience with payroll support.
  • •5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, or woodworking environments.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
