Lead and manage fit-out, expansion, and renovation projects for a shopping center environment by building detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Set and monitor SLAs/KPIs for outsourced contractors, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with mall standards, regulations, and approved methodologies. Maintain complete documentation, perform regular site inspections, champion HSE safety standards, track expenditures, and manage snagging through final operational handover.
