Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality HR service to local workforce and business as a key HR representative in Thailand.
  • •Partner with line managers to support HR services including manpower planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • •Serve as the expert on Thailand local policies; guide employees and escalate issues as necessary.
  • •Manage local operational matters such as employee onboarding, insurance renewals, employee surveys, and related local activities.
  • •Manage and resolve complex employee queries and employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related studies; post-graduate degree in HR management is an advantage.
  • •4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a complex organization.
  • •Strong customer-focused approach and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work independently end-to-end and interpret data to understand service trends and workload capacity.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Thai, with a solid understanding of Thailand Labor Laws.
