Job Summary

Lead employee operational support for the Thailand workforce, managing employee inquiries and ensuring accurate, timely, high-quality HR service. Act as a key HR representative by partnering with line managers across manpower planning, performance management, and talent development. Serve as the expert on Thailand local policies, handle complex employee relations matters, and oversee local operational activities including onboarding and insurance renewals. Support HR strategy delivery and regional HR process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-quality HR service to local workforce and business as a key HR representative in Thailand.
•Partner with line managers to support HR services including manpower planning, performance management, and talent development.
•Serve as the expert on Thailand local policies; guide employees and escalate issues as necessary.
•Manage local operational matters such as employee onboarding, insurance renewals, employee surveys, and related local activities.
•Manage and resolve complex employee queries and employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related studies; post-graduate degree in HR management is an advantage.
•4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a complex organization.
•Strong customer-focused approach and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to work independently end-to-end and interpret data to understand service trends and workload capacity.
•Strong communication skills in both English and Thai, with a solid understanding of Thailand Labor Laws.
