Key Responsibilities

  • •Write, test, and maintain production code for services that capture data from relational databases.
  • •Create technical specifications and review/approve technical design documents and pull requests.
  • •Own product platform care through improving code quality by identifying issues, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Collaborate with engineers across the organization to drive product improvements and contribute architectural designs.
  • •Mentor team members and participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements through design, implementation, review, release, and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in both C and C++.
  • •Experience with relational databases, SQL, and DBMS call-level interfaces (e.g., ODBC or Oracle OCI).
  • •Experience with data replication and ETL/ELT tools.
  • •Experience with cloud and software-defined infrastructure tools, including AWS and Kubernetes/Docker.
  • •Ability to design and code effective, easy-to-operate systems and apply strong understanding of complex structures, object orientation, exceptions, and memory management.
