Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex, cross-functional programs from scoping and business case through execution, launch, and post-launch measurement.
  • •Act as a trusted business partner and escalation point for functional executives and leadership for EPMO-supported work.
  • •Stand up and lead cross-functional working teams without formal authority by establishing shared goals, cadence, and accountability.
  • •Define macro program scope, objectives, and success criteria; develop comprehensive project plans and maintain authoritative records of decisions and status.
  • •Communicate program health (scope, schedule, risk, resourcing) regularly to senior/executive leadership and facilitate cross-functional workshops to reach difficult decisions.
