Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Security and Engineering leadership to define integration of AI security controls into customer-facing products.
  • •Build and deploy detection strategies, guardrails, and security tooling/automations, including online and batch inference endpoints and ongoing monitoring for drift and performance.
  • •Lead AI red teaming and adversarial testing, including jailbreak, prompt-injection, evasion, poisoning, and model-extraction testing.
  • •Perform security reviews and provide architectural sign-off and escalation guidance for major AI product initiatives from design through launch.
  • •Own and drive the AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap, including architecting an AI Risk & Governance framework (policies, standards, controls) and communicating risk posture to the CISO and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 4–5 years focused on AI/ML security, adversarial machine learning, or security data science in a production cloud or technology environment.
  • •Track record defining and driving AI/security programs at an organizational level, including owning strategy.
  • •Practitioner-level knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses (e.g., evasion, poisoning, model extraction, membership inference, prompt injection).
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and Go, with a track record building security tooling and automations (including adversarial testing, detection, and guardrails).
  • •Fluency in AI security frameworks and standards such as OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
