Prepare food items for service in a high-volume theater environment. You’ll organize and prioritize prep, cook according to standardized recipes, maintain proper portion sizes, and ensure accurate plate presentation. The role includes coordinating with other kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen safety, sanitation, and hazard-free work areas, cleaning equipment and the walk-in cooler, and completing opening/closing duties.
