Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for financial oversight of IPC programs, with contracts spanning cost type efforts and BCAs CapEX.
  • •Interact with Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and others to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
  • •Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
  • •Provide timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
  • •May lead two direct reporting analysts and raise the performance levels of the team.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or advanced degree in a related field with minimum 8 years or 5 years experience respectively.

  • •Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
