Special Assets Senior Portfolio Manager - Leveraged and Corporate Finance

Underwrite and manage a classified loan portfolio with complex leveraged and corporate credit structures. Recommend credit structures aligned with the bank’s risk appetite, while analyzing financial statements and building/using advanced analytical models (e.g., DCF and enterprise valuation) for credit decisions, restructuring, and downside risk. Coordinate with internal teams and external restructuring professionals, assign risk grades, and prepare regulatory reporting, while maintaining client responsiveness and mentoring teammates.
