•Own the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
•Build a consistent pipeline using cold outreach, social selling, and events, including market mapping for high-value targets.
•Master Wise API capabilities and the compliance framework to run credible conversations with Product Managers and Engineers.
•Identify and communicate customer pain points to prioritize features that drive value for mass payout customers.
•Establish and scale the Mass Payouts business in Singapore, defining how the business wins in the market.

Salary: SGD 256,000 - 382,000 annually

•Comfort selling an API-first, platform-based solution and explaining how API integration adds value to client operations.
•Curiosity to uncover deep customer problems and resilience to rejection while pivoting strategy based on market feedback.
