Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, integrate, and orchestrate all ILS tasks and deliverables across dedicated contracts through the initial In-Service Phase, ensuring compliance with Air Power Services obligations.
  • •Define future-oriented ILS/ISS support strategies and translate them into actionable concepts, deriving system requirements and technology needs.
  • •Establish an optimal ILS baseline for future systems by partnering with ILS experts and specialists across Airbus Defence and Space and an (inter)national network.
  • •Prepare and release critical ILS deliverables during the programme execution phase and represent the function in key internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • •Collaborate with TAS PMT specialists to secure timely provision of processes, methods, and tools for seamless contract and programme execution.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in the (military) aviation sector, with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • •Deep expertise in In-Service Support (ISS) processes and operational challenges, including development of ILS products and end-to-end ILS orchestration.
  • •Strong communication skills to articulate complex interdependencies to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Fluent German and English at negotiation level (minimum C1 certification required).
