Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Cluster Lead in managing Refash offline stores assigned to you, including operational standards and store processes.
  • •Own the financial and sales performance of offline stores, and drive offline sales efforts and store business strategies.
  • •Prepare monthly sales reports and analytics, and ensure monthly inventory acquisition and stock levels/merchandise flow are achieved.
  • •Organize store operations: allocate responsibilities to retail associates, hire and schedule associates, and conduct training on best practices and SOPs.
  • •Handle sellers management tasks such as evaluating daily drop-offs/Instant Cash Out drop-offs, communicating offer amounts, and resolving sellers disputes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in fashion retail, currently at Assistant Store Supervisor/Store Supervisor level or a Senior Retail Associate ready to step up into a supervisory role.
  • •Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store performance.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • •Communication and negotiation skills for lease and vendor management.
