Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone client conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and help with lending products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is emphasized over financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel).
