Altra: Sales Lead - Outlets at Castle Rock

Lead store sales execution and customer experience by coaching and developing associates while supporting the store leadership team. Monitor KPI progress toward sales and individual goals, model consumer-centric selling behaviors, and supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation. Support stockroom inventory flow, maintain visual merchandising standards, and protect inventory integrity through proper receiving/shipping and loss prevention practices. Participate in local community initiatives to help drive store success.
