Job Summary

Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda and transformation initiatives at the Prostějov site by identifying improvement opportunities, leading high-impact projects, and embedding lean thinking across functions. Partner with Plant Management to deliver measurable gains in performance, efficiency, and cost, including waste reduction and productivity initiatives. Standardize processes, support performance tracking and reviews, and build CI mindset and capability throughout the site.

•Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
•Drive and implement CI improvement plans aligned with business priorities.
•Lead and manage transformation projects focused on waste reduction, productivity, and cost optimization.
•Establish performance tracking with regular project reviews and reporting.
•Promote lean thinking culture, standardize processes, share best practices, and support CI capability building.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence in manufacturing.
•Experience leading transformation or improvement projects with measurable results.
•Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions.
•Previous leadership or project leadership experience.
•Ability to lead and manage transformation initiatives with strong follow-up and accountability.
