Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution on complex technical initiatives, taking ownership of multi-workstream programs including legacy application convergence, AWS cloud architecture updates, and enterprise data migration efforts.
  • •Unblock delivery teams by diagnosing delivery bottlenecks, resolving architectural dependencies, and maintaining high engineering velocity.
  • •Establish clear execution baselines and enforce rigorous follow-through across multi-team releases to deliver high-impact results.
  • •Navigate matrixed enterprise organizations across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk, influencing senior engineering and business leaders and negotiating technical trade-offs.
  • •Lead and elevate an established TPM practice through people leadership, governance standards, delivery health frameworks (e.g., DORA metrics), and CI/CD release controls.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex software, cloud, or platform engineering programs.
  • •Proven experience managing and developing direct reports within a Technical Program Management or Engineering organization.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience designing, building, or managing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing architectures.
  • •3+ years delivering distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture (AWS preferred).
