•Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive test engineering strategy aligned with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.
•Team leadership & development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Test Engineers, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and career pathing.
•Test process management: Oversee the entire product testing lifecycle from requirements analysis to defect tracking and reporting.
•Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing activities into product development.
•Resource management: Allocate and manage testing resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize timelines and costs.

Travel: Medium travel

•Programming experience in C, C++, and/or C#.
