Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the facilities team to carry out predictive, preventive, and emergent maintenance for buildings, offices, utilities/services, and production equipment to maintain plant operations.
  • •Lead and coordinate contractors, and establish/modify preventive and predictive maintenance for plant buildings, offices, and utility services.
  • •Perform/coordinate preventive maintenance procedures for plant service machines and manage contractors for improvement projects related to buildings and utility services.
  • •Coordinate contractors for building, office, and utility-related certifications and ensure quality-related maintenance knowledge is applied.
  • •Coordinate and manage budgets for building/office/utility maintenance work and ensure safe working conditions related to lighting, air, electricity, and energy.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree required: an “Ingeniero titulado” with knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pumping systems, and air conditioning/HVAC.
  • •3–5 years of experience in facilities or general maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of the quality management system.
  • •Technical knowledge of electrical installations and natural gas or LP gas installations.
  • •Knowledge of fire protection/prevention, air compressor operation/maintenance, and wastewater treatment systems operation.
