Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify data center capacity opportunities through relationships with data center developers, brokers, and power contacts.
  • •Lead RFP and commercial sourcing, including developer outreach, proposal evaluation, and competitive selection.
  • •Negotiate term sheets and manage LOI processes to structure deal terms meeting technical and business requirements while maintaining developer partnerships.
  • •Ensure all commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied to move from LOI through executed transactions and lease execution.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact for external auxiliary organizations, maintain deal timelines/critical-path tracking, and document transaction processes and playbooks.
