Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Finance change interventions, including requirements gathering, business analysis, planning, and identifying/mitigating implementation risks.
  • •Coordinate user requirements gathering and process definition workshops; produce process maps and ensure user requirements are documented and agreed.
  • •Manage implementation activities for MI change, including documentation, user training support, change communications, and adoption tracking.
  • •Own business analysis tasks and deliverables within projects, collaborating with project managers/product owners under the Change Framework methodology.
  • •Support core testing phases (SIT and UAT), ensuring test scripts/plans/strategies are in place and escalating risks/issues/dependencies appropriately.

  • •Proven track record delivering projects with quantifiable business benefits.
  • •Strong independent working style with minimal supervision when partnering with teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • •Strong proficiency in data analysis and systems impact analysis, with subject-matter expertise in management information and finance/accounting processes.
  • •Experience with Finance tools (e.g., TM1, Saracen) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams).
