Lead operations for the FFF Lake Elsinore location, providing leadership to customer-facing associates and branch functions. Drive safety, quality, and profitability, while improving operational results across departments through strong management protocols. Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control, and coordinate inventory returns with vendors. Partner with the Branch Manager and ensure daily execution meets company objectives and compliance requirements.
