Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Operate filler machinery at rated speeds with minimum downtime to deliver specified quantities to packaging.
•Operate Allen Bradley PLC controllers for volumetric fillers and monitor pressure settings to reduce breakage.
•Coordinate with mechanics to correct mechanical/electrical malfunctions and perform normal/emergency shutdowns as required.
•Review production schedules for delivery of bottles, can parts, closures/lids, and product; ensure correct goods handling during flavor changeovers.
•Ensure product quality by performing Clinistix testing and sensory testing, input coding dates, and enter counter/downtime data into OEE/production reports.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Two years of previous manufacturing experience required.
