Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the RCM product roadmap and set strategy and priorities across the product suite, balancing denial reduction, reimbursement speed, and workflow automation.
  • •Translate dental insurance rules, CDT coding logic, eligibility, and claims workflows into intuitive, scalable product features for clinicians and administrators.
  • •Prototype with AI (using Claude tools) by building clickable prototypes and testing concepts with real users before committing engineering time.
  • •Partner with engineering to quickly assess technical feasibility by prototyping against real workflows and data, surfacing trade-offs early.
  • •Drive delivery of RCM software that minimizes claim denials, accelerates provider reimbursement, and automates manual clinical and administrative workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of agile software development experience, ideally managing SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech products.
  • •Ability to analyze product usage metrics, billing-funnel drop-off, and algorithmic accuracy for automated coding features.
  • •Experience effectively managing partnerships, integrations, and co-development approaches to deliver scalable value.
  • •Highly skilled with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Code and Claude design to validate and ship customer experiences.
  • •Bonus: domain experience in dental billing, electronic claims submission, clearinghouse workflows, or dental insurance adjudication.
